Gouranger Refund Policy

Thank you for using Gouranger!

We offer refunds for any Service items that had not be served by the Process Server

Eligibility for Refunds 

  • The Service Documents have not been served by the Process Server.
  • The Process Server acknowledges in writing that the Service Documents have not been served.

Refund Process

  • Request a Refund by e-mailing support@gouranger.com. Include in your request, the case number and court name.
  • Gouranger will reach out to the process server and confirm that service has not been attempted. 
  • Gouranger will notify you if whether you are eligible for a refund.
  • If you are eligible, you will be refunded your order minus application processing fees.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (email and or phone number)
