We offer refunds for any Service items that had not be served by the Process Server
Eligibility for Refunds
The Service Documents have not been served by the Process Server.
The Process Server acknowledges in writing that the Service Documents have not been served.
Refund Process
Request a Refund by e-mailing support@gouranger.com. Include in your request, the case number and court name.
Gouranger will reach out to the process server and confirm that service has not been attempted.
Gouranger will notify you if whether you are eligible for a refund.
If you are eligible, you will be refunded your order minus application processing fees.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
